    Hi,

I am currently toying with the idea of pebble dashing my 3 bed semi and someone mentioned to me that I might need planning permission, anyone know for sure?

    Cheers

    Nope,

All you need are six bags of peanuts and a few pints of guinness.

    Sorry.....I just had to....I really couldn't....stop....myself.

    sorry!

I think you do need permission to drastically change the exterior of your house. Contact the county council.

Although I always find it is easier to ask forgiveness than to ask permission.
