I don't know exactly the full extent to it, but a friend of mine had a house passed down to him.

In the shed are an Irish reg Triumph Dolmite, an Irish Reg 200 D (I think) Merc and a Citreon CV 6 speed blue. The CV is on English plates, the Merc and Triumph are both on Irish plates.

    Here's the Triumph,

    Price is very negotiable.

I have a few pics of the Merc on my phone, but I can't find the wire. The roof is dented a bit, and the 5 digit clock reads 75k, but the interior is immaculate. They have been dry story for years, but there is still a bit of rust visible.

He's trying to clear these out, and firstly I thought it might be of interest to some, and other may actually be interested in the cars themselves.

Which model is the merc? Presumably a W115 if it's a 5-digit odometer?

    Aye, it's a W115 alright.

What would that Merc be worth though? Interior fairly clean and the bodywork a bit rough. I told him it's worth more than the Dolmite, and not to leave it go too cheap as the inside is fairly clean.

To be honest there is hardly a W115 on the planet with a rough interior, they were very durable. THe body is very expensive to repair, if you thinks its poor, its a lot worse underneath the paint.

They cost huge money to get the bodywork sorted, if its rough its not worth much at all.

    Ah, my mistake then!

The roof is fairly dented in, so it's probably not worth alot so. I was waiting for your comment, and no fear :D Thanks.

Saw that Dolomite ad the other day. You can buy very decent roadworthy Dolly 1300s for a lot less than what your mate's asking for that one. Don't want to burst his bubble but that one (judging by the pics and the time it's been off the road) is worth 100/150 max. If it was in the UK it would be a freebie!
