tv ghosting from claermont cairn

    hi all been having some problems recently upgraded antenna setup running a 52 element group c/d for clermont for the irish channels im based just outside monaghan town on western side on small bit of height beside forestry maybe 1/2 mile from me on similar altitude pictures were crap without amp so bought a c/d 12 or 14db amp cant recall exactly what it was my rte1 and 2 have very poor ghosting in paricular rte1 tv3 and tg4 are perfect very slight ghosting ive tried turning aerial a bit left to right etc but seems to make no odds can anyone suggest an alternative would perhaps using better screened cable help the cable i have has very few outer copper cores i have some satellite cable laying around very good quality would it be worth using it perhaps?
