    Hi,
As many charter airlines on the continent require you to phone ahead and register dive torches when carrying them on board. They also requiring to disconnect/remove the burner.
Anyone with recent experience with Aerlingus? Or in fact with Dublin airport security?

I assume having your reg in hand luggage is no issue?

    Thanks
    WD

It shouldn't be a problem once you can show that your torch can't come on accidently during the flight. You can disconnect the battery or if thats not possible tape the switch in the off position.
