Hey all. I am looking to find out where in Dublin would be the best place to train in a club with skilled heavys? I have fought in MMA and professional kickboxing and I am looking to get into pro boxing. I am currently in Sydney training at Bondi Boxing club, I was due to make a pro boxing debut twice but was cancelled both times. I am returning home soon and I want to keep at it. I am from Balbriggan so I am looking for somewhere as near as possible, but will will travel for quality training/sparring. I am 6'5 and 260.

I am aware of the Bracken, I used to train there a while back, its a good club but as far as I know their amateur only and have no other heavys.

Any info is greatly appreciated, my email is mgko@live.ie

    Cheers

Phil Sutcliffe from Crumlin BC has Ian Tims (Cruiserweight), Anthony Fitzgerald (Middleweight). He would be your best bet...........here is his website http://dolphilboxing.com/

    Best of luck with it.

Im pretty sure Phil in Crumlin and Paddy Hyland in Tallaght are the only guys that looks after Pro's at the minute in Dublin.

I know John & Pat McCormack in Saviours boxed Professional but not sure if they look after them.....pretty sure its just an amateur club.

if you have any upcoming fights - would be interested in getting an invite (to photo)

just drop me a PM a couple of days/weeks before and I'll mark it in my diary.
