    Hello,

I plan to spend July working in England. Do I need a P45 from Ireland?

    Thank you.

An Irish P45 won't be any good in England. You can work as with all EU countries. I'd suggest organising an interview through www.jobcentreplus.gov.uk/. They'll interview you and give you a national insurance number so you won't be on emergency tax. That website should have all the info you need.
