Do FM transmitters work? I know TT does them, and they are probably God awful, but what are the Garmin ones' like? I've been humming and hawing for months now, still don't know what to buy, but I'm starting to think it's a bad idea to spend any more than 250 for a satnav, as the fancy features that push the cost up, just…

Do FM transmitters work?
I know TT does them, and they are probably God awful,
but what are the Garmin ones' like?

I've been humming and hawing for months now,
