Wishbone need a manager. The band have been together for a little over one year now and in that time have gotten signed to an indie label, gained a good name around the Irish Music Scene and just recently released their Debut LP 'Butterfly'. Lead singer Matt Hayward has previously worked with multi-platinum selling artist Edie Brickell as well as seattle legend Kevin Wood (brother of Mother Love Bone's Andy Wood).

The album sales are steady as of yet, the band are in no way lacking in drive (playing at least once a week) and do this full-time. They have also already set up to do a track with original guitarist for Alice In Chains and My Sister's Machine frontman Nick Pollock.

For more info on the band, and general direction they are going in, please email them at wishboneband@hotmail.co.uk the band are signed and have a distribution deal and need someone hard working to hop on board :-)

hi guys, if you take a amanager on board is there a comitment for change if required. Most bands want a manager to bring them to the next level but they rarly embrace the change that is necessary. Also are the band commited to a legal agreement to be put in place with a agreed percentage of royalities and recieved incoes.

    Regards david

Hi David, we are very open to change. Everyone's input is a huge necessity, hence why this is a band that works. Everything, even the art designer for posters for example, will tell us what she thinks would be great meaning and visuals for posters, CD booklets etc. then if everyone likes it, it's in. In other words we all have our own ''playgrounds'' we keep.
The airplay for the album etc has not started, we are signed with IMRO, and yes of course we would sign an agreement to make sure the manager received payment for his work and efforts.

ahhh managagment by consences, you know that managing by agreement is not a particuarlly good waay to move forward---its like the old addage from the french prime minister stating he would lead his people wheaver they wanted to go.

bang your number by pm; you feel your that good and indeed i like your sound-

1-why have you not been snapped up.
2- is there a commitment by the group to fininciall to invest in production - PR -ect-
3- is there any full time workers in the group-
    4 any family commitments-
i can garantee you 1 thing all members may not agree on a manager as the eco system of the band will change.
5- whats your proposal of a manager split.
6 what PA system have ye got.
7 what percentage is your own stuff.
8 break down the group and descibe each persons strenghts and weaknesses both musically and personally.
9 what is the groups aim and view of what sucess is
10 whats your view of what sucess is.

sorry to be so Anal but i need to ensure we arent wasting each others time.

    please P m back answers
