Weeds under hedge

    Ive read here before that Carsonon G weed killer is safe to use to keep the weeds and grass off a beech hedge

    Is this correct?
    I have allot of beech hedging, 3-4ft high, planted last march

    Looks like you are right. Apply in the winter and the slow release of the weedkiller kills the weeds throughout the growing season.

    I haven't used it myself but I think I will give it a go this year. I can't face another year weeding around my beech hedge!
