Sorry if 've posted this in the wrong place. I think my computer has a virus, the volume control has completely stopped working and everynow and then I get redirected to a webpage that tells me my computer has loads of viruses and that I should download some crap for it. I dont know much about computers but its windows…

Sorry if 've posted this in the wrong place.

I dont know much about computers but its windows vista.
I would really appreciate any help ye can give me as I dont want to have to bring the laptop in somewhere.
