Jobseekers benefit cut by E30

Hi my friend is currently claiming jobseekers benefit, today he only got paid 170 and hasnt been able to get a response as to why, anyone else experienced this or any idea as to why this would happen, thanks

is there a reason they would have not paid him for one of the days last week?
