Myself and the GF are heading down to Cork for a week during the summer. What beachies are good if there is swell?

castlefreke is generally regarded as the best beach break in cork but it can be dangerous and is prety remote. Garrettstown and inchydoney recieve less swell but are ideal beginner beaches.
