Pain in my balls... running up into lower back

    Ok lads... As per the title of the thread.
    Was sitting in the office at my desk yesterday when I got a shooting pain/pain in my ballsack for almost an hour... Which lasted simultaneously with a lower back pain.
    Has anybody suffered with anything similar in the past??
    It's happened me before a few times before, I've no lumps or anything?
    I asked a mate of mine, he said he had it before, went to his doc, he diagnosed it as kidney cold?
