There is a former "City Cycle Service" at O'Connell St. in Waterford.
Anyone have a contact to landlord or former owner of the business?

    Please PM the details.

I am looking for cheep storage space in City Centre.
"City Cycle Service" looks just good.
Same as old Munster Express Warehouses at Thomas Hill.
50sqm would be more than enough.

Properties at Meeting Lane are way to big.
And 7000+VAT pa is over my budget.
Johnstown Business Park is closed evening time - no fancy.

    Do you have any suggestions?

Did not come to my mind at first. Thanks for the link.

    A few but's:
    1) Waterford Bus Park, Cork Road, Waterford [not a city centre].
    2) Mon-Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Sat: 9:00am to 1:00pm, Sun:Closed (Access To Storage Units Can Be Arranged At No Extra Charge 24 hours a day)
[full access is needed 1PM - 3AM, daily]

I will have a talk with them later.
Depending on the value it might be worth considering.

If you need access to Ustoreit at 3am, it might be worth checking if they will supply you with a key-remote for the barriers that pop up out of the ground every night around 10pm. Otherwise, you're leaving your car 150 yards away...

    been there, seen that

    100 sq feet - around 175+VAT pm
    300 sq feet - around 320+VAT pm

    Full 24h access.
You've given a PIN code to drop the bollards down on entrance to business park.
PIN code will help you get into the building and open the main gate, will disarm the alarm on the building and on your storage unit. Alarm on other units is still live.

Tampering with other storage units gates will blow the alarm off. All actions are recorded by company CCTV + computer logs in time of each gate opening and closing, which PIN code was used and so on...

Extra value for money must admit
    Shame it's that far away...
