    Hi all,

I have an old Dell (with Xp), that has pretty much all of my music on it and not alot else.
I recently got a new laptop Macbook and i would like to be able to play the music from the old laptop on the new one.

    Is this possible?

/edit : if this is the wrong forum feel free to move. thanks

Can you not just transfer them from one to the other via USB Stick or external hard drive?

if you have router it's not a problem. You can share your files. This is very easy on vista, on xp you have to burn a disk and put it the other computer. I can play anything on any computer from any computer and I have 3 of them. 1 laptop and 2 pc's.

And you can even copy files etc. But as the poster above said it's probaly quicker if you have a external hd or usb stick.

or use Orb. Lets you stream all your media and browse all your files throughout your house. You can also download the files using this.
