Will she feature in a special Ryanair advertising campaign?
    They hardly need her consent?

Wonder if she had priority booking ,only one piece of hand luggage and made sure she printed out ones ticket ?:D

After the Aer France disaster, maybe RyanAir will start charging extra for lightning protection.

Our polititions spends thousands on transport and a 70 year old royal can manage this?

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Now imagine if our Fianna Fail crooks jumped on board leary air instead of flying the Gulf stream jet all around the world. All though I think Berties spat with Mick and the time Ryanair left Bull Donoghue stranded at Cork because he did not have a passport for ID on a flight to Dublin but any ideas of that. Fianna Fail doing something normal.... I knew I was dreaming.

Em, the Spanish royal family tend to keep a much lower profile than the British royals, esp. given the monarchist vs. republican history of Spain in the last century (though, in fact, nearly every European royal family keeps a lower profile than the Windsors!), but Juan Carlos is still the head of state of a major European country ...

i have been on ryanair flights with ken doherty, john toshack, kevin moran and denis irwin; ryanair is good enough for those guys but not good enough for the some of the ordinary people of ireland  some of us have a long way to fall in this recession yet methinks

Nope, from the Palacio Real de Madrid.

Seriously, do people not even know the difference between England and Spain?!

And we give out about Americans not having a clue about European geography ...

I sat behind Bob Geldof on a ryanair flight last week. Shocking money saving there...although himself and the family did all splash out on priority boarding.

Unlike the British royals Juan has actually earned his keep during the coup in 1981.
