    Hi, tried to ring my local office by my calls were in vein, i assume they finish for 5pm?!

    Anyway I'm not living in Galway at the moment, up in Mayo(so can't get a payslip now), but I was off(college) until tomorrow, had planned to renew my Medical Card in the morning but I forgot to bring down a pay slip.

    Was just wondering would they take a PRSI contributions form(instead of a payslip)?. It has my pay on it and the number of weeks so it can be broke down into a weekly figure easily enough.

    Any responses would be greatly appreciated(before the night is dawn). I did get an answer when I rang and was told to wait while i was connected elsewhere, phone rang out for two mins :rolleyes:, so i hung up and tried ring back and even that fella had taken off by then :rolleyes:
