    Is anyone else doin, A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man, for their comparative ?

    Can you help me with the key scenes etc. Stupidly, i havent even looked at the book, and have no idea what is going on in it.

    Any help would be appreciated :D

    Beginning with the moocow and all that. Shows innocence.

    Dinner table scene. Shows effects of religion and how Stephen is becoming more mature and understanding others.

    Prostitute scene.

    Depiction of hell scene.

    Him going to university and being with other intellectuals.

    Him leaving Ireland.
