Just wondering what is the maximum I can withdraw in the bank by walking in. I'm looking to take out 4500 should I phone ahead or would there be no problem in just going in and asking for it

Should be fine once you have appropriate ID. Worth calling them and letting them know though just to be sure

there is no limit in BOI but there is in UB (1500/day)

+1 for phoning ahead. Especially if you're planning on going in first thing in the morning, they might not have the cash available until later on.
