Claiming JSA with no intention to find work?

    Ok, so the title pretty much covers it but a few more details;

    Stan (yes its a pseudonym) has been claiming JSA for the last 3-4 months since being booted from his last employment. In this time he hasn't made any effort what so ever to find work.

    Now, a little back ground info on 'Stan' - he's worked maybe 1 year (part time) in 3 different jobs which he invariably quits or is fired from, since leaving school 6 years ago and spent the rest of the time either claiming JSA or actually being GIVEN various other benefits, being sent on courses, given vouchers for items to help him in his search for the elusive job. (I should add he has NO disability, just idle)

    Now seriously, here is a guy who has not done a full days work in his life, doesn't want to look for a job, claims/gets and wastes his JSA on video games and generally lives the life of riley. He's not even required to show evidence of looking for work when he 'signs on' or whatever its called...

    And best of all, your footing the bill.

    Suggestions, comments? Is this guy classed as a benefit thief and what can I do to stop him?
