    Hey
I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this,

If I wanted to cook food at a stand for the public at a fair do I need any cert's food safety or health and safety some such?

I have an idea in the pipes but am unsure if you need any credentials to cook and sell food to the public at these events?

I know it's an obscure question I would be pleased if someone could tell me for sure.

    Thanks,
    Remmy

You need to apply to the local council environmental health office for a license to cook stuff and sell it.
I have seen charity BBQ's ruined by the EHO's coming up and shuttin them down.
