Hi Guys I have been trying to get work in Galway since I was lost my job last November and have not got anything. So I am thinking of moving to Dublin to try up there as I am fade up of trying around Galway. If I was to move to Dublin and sign on up there until I find something would it be hard to switch the jobseekers to Dublin when I was signing down here? Thanks guys!

It shouldn't be much of a problem just inform them of a change of address and they will let you know where to sign on at the new address just be aware that the social welfare offices are at breaking point and there is a huge backlog

You need to go to your office in Galway before you leave to tell them you are moving to Dublin, then go into the office in Dublin with proof of your new address and ID to transfer your claim.
