and how do they fill out that form without leaving themselves open to paying over €100??? or is it just for the free session?
you put up a huge long post that isnt really that helpful,
the slim chance of anyone going to this is dramatically reduced if you dont give people the infomation they actually need

Yes, Gamma , Students (indeed anyone who wishes to atend) have to register. If you read the material, it says : show evidence. Feel free to not so do.

BTW - we have been doing this for 7 years, and this is, I think, the 12th international confernece I have organized. For most, students have had to register, and go free. But, the other 300 delegates wont notice if you are not there, I suspect.
