anybody have any idea how much this crowd ( http://www.tallaghtpowdercoating.ie/ ) would charge to respray a Bmx frame, forks and bars...........roughly

They did my roadbike for 120. I was quoted 100 but chose some special paint. In Thursday out Tuesday so pretty fast.

@Scott .. what prep does the bike need before going in ... I am assuming all components including headset, fork, bottom bracket etc. come off ...

Is there any taping required to protect any of the threads or the holes for screws ... brakes etc.

I did both. I got my fork painter though since I couldn't get it chromed.

If you removing the headset don't forget the races, the bits that press into the frame. Depending on the age of you bike they may look part of the bike -- as mine did.

They will dip you bike in some chemical paint stripper regardless if whether you have already taken the paint off and repainted it, like I did ;).
