Playing DVD/BluRay On PS3

    Quick question, hoping one of you can answer it.

    When you watch a DVD or BluRay on the PS3, and turn off the machine, sometimes when you restart it, it starts up where you left off.

    But sometimes it doesn't.

    Anyone know why this is?

    I don't know why it does this either. It must have something to do with if you stop or pause the movie before you switch it off. That's the only reason I can think of

    Good man, that's it.

    Just tested it there now. If you stop the disc before you take it out or turn off the PS3, it starts up from that point when you start it up again.

    If you turn it off or take it out without stopping it first, then it re-starts when you put it in again.
