I think there should be a site wide MCD announcement. There already seems to be a lot of confusion with regards to what can and can't be discussed.

Its just that on the feedback thread DeVore was very clear about not discussing the case. I'm not suggesting an official one, but maybe a link to that first post.

Absolutely, and that's not an MCD specific thing - we should not have discussion on any ongoing case in order to avoid "contempt of court". (Yeah I know you're well aware of that but you're right, it's worth repeating

)
