Hey,

Me and my girlfriend tried anal for the first time a few nights ago none of us have ever done it before. I know its meant to be sore for some women but when i got it in she screamed so loud and was sore for a bit, and bled a small bit soon after. Were both young and inexperienced im just wondering is this normal or is their any techniques to make it less painful. We used lots of lube. Obviously were in no hurry to try it anytime soon but just wondering if theirs any good advice for doing this first time for a women.

it is usally nice to start with fingering - lots of lube,and one finger at a time, building up to a couple of fingers using a scissoring action to help her relax and open up. You can never use too much lube! Take it slowly, and make sure you listen to her reactions, let her set the pace so you know when she is ready to move onto bidder things. Just remember it is supposted to be fun,for both parties involved.

you need to make sure she is very relaxed and turned on, I'd suggest making her come before hand so the muscles in the area are relaxed as well.

built up greadually to putting your penis in, insert a finger and about half inch first and leave it there for a little while and you'll feel the muscles around it relax a bit, then gently push through the 2nd muscular ring that you can feel all the time keep reassuring her that its ok, that if she feels in any way like she wants to stop just to say so.

I'd leave your finger inthere for a few minutes until your sure she is relaxed and you can feel her muscle easing off. IMO her using a vibrator on herself while your doing this will keep her horny and ease the stress and nervousness of it all

As others have said,take your time and ensure she is as aroused and comfortable as possible.Regular girls arent like some porn stars that have no problem handling pringle can sized appendages so discomfort and bleeding the first few times is par for the course.
Above all though make sure you use a condom every time,cannot stress that enough

Others have given great advice here. As a female, what I request of my partner is to follow the 'three finger rule'. After making sure I'm relaxed, slowly start to finger with one, working your way up to two, and when finally, she's comfortable with having three fingers inside her she should be ready to slowly take your penis. Don't push it all the way in first - let her adjust to it. And keep adding lube!
