PATA to USB?

I've a few old PATA drives laying about that I'd like to connect up, but I don't have a spare connector in my new system. I've seen SATA to USB connectors - Does anybody know if there exists a similar PATA hard-drive to USB connector?

Ebay and Google are thy friend... They existed long before SATA was on the market in consumer pcs
