Buy a laptop skin of your choice to cover it up?

You could do a lot worse than a scratch on your laptop...

how deep are the scratches? if they're bad, i'd remove the casing, fill in the holes (if they're deep) sand it down and spray it. it's plastic so there's not much you can do other than a bit of paint.

scratch that (pun intended), just do what snappieT said easiest solution.
