Anyone know what happens if, say, you've lost a book from the DCU library.

I am hoping it isn't actually lost at this point, but just in case it is actually lost...

Badness. Replacement like. Was it an expensive one?

I hadn't actually looked until now, but thank God, it isn't that expensive. Phew, in a way.

Go to the desk in the library and tell them what happened. They will charge you for the book and give you a receipt. HOLD ON TO THIS RECEIPT. If in the next six months you find th book then return it to the library they will refund you what they charged you for the book minus any library fines that were due on the book up until you reported it lost.

I lost 3 books about a month ago.
The Library were charging be something ridiculous (near 200 euro)
I got the books in town and saved myself around 100 euro.

Go in and tell them and they'll email you with prices!
