Cisco VPN, RDP problem

I have set up a VPN for a customer, all can connect fine no issues there(with connecting to VPN), however I can not RDP to the server, I can ping it fine but RDP fails.

I have set up nat statment to allow the company I work for to RDP to the server that also works fine but is very slow when it does connect, it was not like this before.

I also removed there modem and set up the adsl on the router for the company.

So if someone could help me with: why I can not RDP when connected to the VPN, and also why the the remote connection from our offices is very slow.
