iPhone 3G Exchange Activesync schedule

Does anyone have any idea if Apple intend to allow peak and off peak schedule times with Exchange Mail in the 3.0 software? Haven't seen anything on the wires on it so far I know it's standard on WM and Blackberry devices, so I don't need advice to go and buy one..:)
