Any Bury CV-9010 users

My Cv-9010 is on a perment feed so when I turn off the ignition the socket stays live.But if I connect my phone to the carkit and then go away from the van the CV-9010 will not auto connect even though its enabled in the phone menu. The only way to get the CV-9010 to reconnect is to turn the CV-9010 off and then on again.…

Have shot of an email twice to Bury but no joy yet. Looked at software updates but think they only make more phone compatible, also dont have a bluetooth feature on my laptop yet
