For a while now I have felt bullied by the person senior to me. I have been told things like "I don't trust you", "You can't do anything right" etc. They also say I am breaking my contract by not agreeing to do something. I have checked it's not in my contract. Work that had been assigned to me has been withdrawn. Have spoken to Union rep and hopefully will be having a meeting soon.Has anyone gone through this? Whats it like? and did it help make things better?
