ROS OFFLINE APPLICATION- HELP!

    Folks,
    does anyone know how I can access the ROS offline application. Where is it located on revenue.ie so I can download it-I am unable to find it

    Go to www.ros.ie

    Downloads

    Click on download at the top left of the screen and follow instructions from there.
