Cheaper to redeem by PayPal or 3V?

I have a €20 3V voucher I want to redeem. Only thing is 3V charge a fiver. Would it be cheaper to open up a second paypal account, register the voucher and then send the money to my main paypal account? I'd then have to withdraw it which I know costs €1. So would I keep most of the €4 difference doing it the paypal way?

20 will cost you 1.03, leaving 18.97. If you spend that money with Paypal, you won't have to pay to get it out at all. If you take it out, you'll end up with 17.97.
