Cannot find Case Report

    Hi there,

    I'm looking for a case that happened in Feb 2006 in the District Court in Mullingar, i have no citation or the proper name...

    it was a case involving Br. Seamus O'Callaghan and he was convicted of 10 counts of sexually abusing boys...

    I just cannot seem to find it either on westlaw or any of the websites can anyone help me its very important

    District court isnt reported or indeed is the Circuit. I suspect it was in the Circuit Court anyway.

    So does that mean that there will be absolutely nothing on it??

    You won't officially get a transcript of the evidence if that's what you are looking for.

    The only thing I can suggest is contact the local newspapers and ask them if they have any records, usually a reporter of theirs will be in court particuarly in a case such as this.

    Rabeile31, look on www.irishtimes.com and do a search of their archives around the time of the decision, you should find something.
