Printing Envelopes Question

    I work for a printers and we are looking to get into printing envelopes. Say a customer came to us and needed 100 invites printed for invitations, with a different name on each.
    If they brought us an excel file with all the names in it what would be the best way to proceed?
    I've done something similar before in inDesign but we use Quark 6.0 here and I'm not very familiar with it. Is there a similar feature in Quark?

    use XPress Tags

    master page > shrink main text box to variable info size > add static elements around this box > go to page 1 > import text > job done

    only important pre-requisite:
    at the end of each name there should be a new textbox character

    result: 500 - 1000 pages automatically generated
