Hi, i'm looking for a good kickboxing or muay thai class in dublin.. city centre would be good...

so far, i've found both these online, http://www.bridgestonemuaythai.com/index.html

    and... link removed...

i've a background in tae qwon do... blue tip... been a few years, but i can still throw a punch... so looking for intermediate level... fitness and a bit of sparing...

oh, and if you have any info on prices that would be good too.

    cheers :D

7 euro a class or 65 euro a month. It's on the beginners page. :)

Might head down there next week myself.

Total Beginners can just turn up for any session monday - thursday?

Yep. I'd say just turn up 30 minutes early for your first session. You know...not be rushed, familiarise yourself with the place and so on. Usually a good idea to identify yourself as a first timer to the trainer there too. They'll help you get settled, show you how to hold pads, yada yada.
