howdy, i'm having a problem with my ipod. it's an old one with a click wheel and a monochrome display, 40 gig, chunky thing. the snag is that i can't get it out of hold. i can charge it and i tried resetting it by holding the play and centre button and did a full reset through i tunes but it still won't unhold, any…
