just read the method you linked.i think the efix chip is a better option,n messing with the bios.just a straight install of osx which you can buy from apple

I installed it on my PC there last weekend. I was suprised how easy it was really and theres no problems at all which is nice.

    My PC is
    • Intel Q6600 Quad core
    • 2 gb ram
    • Intel ICH9 chipset (important) motherboard
    • SB Augidgy sound (Using a hacked driver which isn't fantastic but it works)

You just install it like any other OS (I got the IPC distro version) and apply the correct patches depending on your system. Its best to have a chipset (motherboard) which is Intel or whatever the Mac uses, makes the process easier. Also with the whole EFI bootloader thingy, you can just install the offical Mac drivers instead of the hacked ones which makes it completely stable like a real Mac and perform the same. I installed Logic there as well and have had no issues.

Its actually a really nice OS to use, which I was suprised with. It has a bit of a Fischerprice computing element to it but its nice and slick and runs fast so I can't complain.
