WORD OF WARNING TO ALL WHO PASS M50 TOLL.

KEEP ALL YOUR RECEIPTS & CORRESPONDENCE.

Used m50 late 08 and paid in shop on the same day.
Last week I received a letter from solicitors representing eflow, looking for €143 within seven days or threatening to issue court proceedings, registering a judgement against me which will then be published in the STUBBS Gazette.

It took a lot of effort on my part to sort out this decrepancy, to which the snotty arrogant individual whom I was dealing with in solicitors office did not have the decency to return a call or apologise after verifying the transaction details in my favour.

If I did not keep my receipt I would be facing court without a leg to stand on.

Please Keep your receipts and beware of state arrogance!!!!!!!

They use a reputedly very dodgy lot of solicitors in Listowel County Kerry

Your best bet is to email a scan of the receipt to NRA headquarters in Dublin and let the NRA sort it out for you seeing as they contracted eFlow to run this farce of a system :(

    Contact details are here

    http://www.nra.ie/AboutUs/ContactInformation/#d.en.2323

The ppp section should be cc'd anything you send to info@

You should also try to contact Board Members , these lads .

    Raymond Potterton

once they contact eFlow for you you will then find that the matter will be sorted extremely quickly and without your having to deal with snotty factotums down in Kerry

Crosskerrys maybe? They are a well known firm nationwide which deal specifically with debt recovery. Based somewhere in Kerry AFAIK.

eFlow is a joke and has been since day one. Haven't dubliners (and others) paid enough for this stupid (and relatively basic) bridge by now??!!
