Cleaning Invisalign

Hi, I was just wondering, i have looked for something on this but didnt find anything so sorry if its already posted but i would like to know how you clean invisalign?? I have recently had the (6 month braces removed) and have been given the invisalign as a retainer... i have to wear it for a month at least 22 hours a day…

Hi,

I was just wondering, i have looked for something on this but didnt find anything so sorry if its already posted but i would like to know how you clean invisalign?? I have recently had the (6 month braces removed) and have been given the invisalign as a retainer... i have to wear it for a month at least 22 hours a day and then just at night.. My lab in which i picked it up, said to clean it with a brush and water but i was wondering can you use anything else?? i seen all the websites about the things you can buy from america but i was wondering is there anything "cheap and cheerful" that can do the same thing??
