FAS Community Employment Scheme?What is it and who is it for?

Hi,
I just recently heard about the FAS Community Employment Scheme.I was just wondering what it is? Also I'd love it if anyone who has used it could tell me their experience of it?
I was just wondering who it is aimed at. I'm having a bit of trouble navigating around their website. I'd like to get involved in it if I'm eligible.I heard they help you to get a job by supplying you with references and giving you classes on improving your CV and interview skills? Does anyone know anything about it?
Appreciate any information my fellow boardsies can give me!

jobs on the fas website with ce after then
go to your local fas office to see if you qualify

They pay slightly more than the dole, you get work experience and they often pay for training courses that you are interested in (as long as they help your employability). Usually part-time work I think.
