    Hey,

WOuld really love some help! Having to sit this paper second time round. Im doing home study, if anybody has any good tips about areas that are likely to come up i would be so grateful. Or any other tips/help that you received from your lecturer.

I understand that a good thorough revision of the overall syllabus is also required. But i feel that im at a big disadvantage not attending classes.

    Thanks;)

    Hi Marzipan,

I don't know what books you are using but I was using BPP, I started with doing questions and basically did notes from the answers of the Practise and Revision Kit and learned it off that way.

It turned out to be one of my best exams so far and I really didn't like the subject.

I was told to learn off 5 cases really well and brush over the others, while being able to talk briefly about them.

    I don't have any tips I'm afraid.

    Mac

Im using BBP also. While i have revised the whole syllabus, i just need to narrow it down a bit and focus on that. It just seems like a lot... or is it i just hate law:(
    anyone?
