Linking VOIP & PSTN with Syslink WRP400

I have recently setup a blueface account for VOIP and I have my Syslink WRP400 connected to my DSL router with CAT5e. I connected my phone to the Line 1 socket and the wall phone socket to Line 2. I want the wrp400 to pass the PSTN calls to my phone but it doesn't seem to work.

I can make outgoing calls fine and I can receive calls to my blueface number but I am not getting my calls to my existing number. Does anyone know what setting I need to set so that I can get all voip & pstn calls through to my phone?

I don't think you can get the ATA to pass calls from line 2(line with eircom or something?) to your phone on line 1, you need to port your number from your current provider to Blueface.

You can get ATAs which accept a PSTN line and auto changeover between VOIP and the landline. [ such as USB B2K which connects to a PC via USB for VOIP input and to a landline via tel wire] It also has a socket for one telephone.

Your router is not one of those. That router appears to have two FXS ports for connecting standard telephones into, which allows you to receive more than one VOIP call at the same time. In other words they appear to be two output sockets for phones and not an input and an output socket.
