My mother recently had a tooth removed and a fake one put in - it was tooth implant with a bone graft & extration of root

She paid €4000 and the procedure lasted 1 hour uner local anaesthic and the dentist had two support staff up in the D6 dental hospital

I was literally stunned when I heard the price

it just doesnt sound right, I have heard anecdotally of cheaper treatments in the UK and I am sure it would be a fraction of the price, does anyone know off-hand?

I think that kind of thing involves a few visits before/after the main work, so not surprised
