where can i find serious musicians?

    if i was a drummer looking for serious musicians to jam with and hopefully get a band going where would i have to look? i'm 18. living in north dublin. a lot of my favourite bands have a bit of a punk feel such as joy division, the stranglers and blondie but i like other bands including pixies, iron maiden, arctic monkeys and bloc party so its varied. anyone interested in maybe getting a jam going?

    I'm 18 been playin bass 2 years, write my own songs and serious about getting a band together to play lots and lots of gigs. I'm mostly into pop punk though dunno if thats what you looking for.But if you are interested let me know and we can arrange a date to jam.

    Well my band are looking for a drummer. I guess you could call us serious. We need someone to replace our drummer (who just quit) for a show in Pravda on the 11th of June. After that, who knows. Interested?

    Hey our drummer recently left us for personal issues. However we are looking for another drummer that can live up to his standards.

    At the moment there is just myself, my name is Shuggs, singer songwriter and keyboard player. Shane, guitarist and Ken bass player. Our ages are 20 and 21 years of age.
