Help on samsung le40a656a1fxxu firmware update

Hi :) i was hopping to update the firmware on my le40a656a1fxxu, but was unsure wich version to get as i had come across a few posts were people installed the wrong region version etc and broke there tvs:(, btw the the version says "SQ01" on the stick on the back of the tv if that helps

i got my firmware from
