If a traditional block built dwelling using wet plastering is a "Heavy" thermal mass and a construction of the same nature but with external walls (internal) plasterboarded on dabs is classed as "Medium Heavy", by this rational is a wholely block build (Heavy), that at a later stage is drylined, then classed as medium heavy by virtue of externaly facing elevations now in effect being plasterboarded as stated in the Thermal mass categories.
The reasoning being a before BER would have dense plaster but an After BER would have follwing dry lining a plasterboard finish which is the criterea for Medium Heavy and makes a big difference to the rating
